Return and Exchange Policy
At Surovi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Return Conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted for wrong or damaged products only.
- Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Please email us at Support@surovi.co.in within 24 hours of delivery, with a clear video recording of the parcel opening process, showing the defect clearly. (Parcel Opening Video from start to end without any intertuption).
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs for wrong or damaged products will be covered by us.
- We may arrange for a pickup of the product from your location or provide a prepaid shipping label for return.
Refund/Exchange Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement product will be shipped out to you.
