Return and Exchange Policy

At Surovi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for wrong or damaged products only.
  • Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Please email us at Support@surovi.co.in within 24 hours of delivery, with a clear video recording of the parcel opening process, showing the defect clearly. (Parcel Opening Video from start to end without any intertuption).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs for wrong or damaged products will be covered by us.
  • We may arrange for a pickup of the product from your location or provide a prepaid shipping label for return.

Refund/Exchange Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the exchange process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the store credits or coupon code within 5 to 7 days.
  • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement product will be shipped out to you.
